Here at Adventure Van Co. we value your satisfaction with our products and customer service. While we are a small company made up of less than half a dozen hard-working individuals, we strive to provide the best customer service possible when it comes to resolving questions about our products.
If you would like to inquire about returning a purchase, please email us at: email@example.com with your name, contact info, order number, and any details or pictures and we will help you as soon as we can. We will do our best to respond in the next few business days!
We stand by the products we make ourselves and offer a 3-year warranty for the following products: All Insulating Window Curtains, L-Track Bike Fork Mounts, & Butcher Block Tables. If any of our Adventure Van Co. products are not working as intended within 3 years of purchasing, please contact us at: AdventureVanCo@gmail.com with your name, contact info, order #, and photos of your products. We can offer you a full refund or replacement depending on product availability. Customer use error, improper storage/care, normal wear and tear (fabric lightening due to sun exposure/dirt or stains) is not covered by this warranty.
If you are unhappy with our Insulating Window Curtains, L-Track Accessories, or other purchased items, you may return your items for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in new/unused condition with no visible signs of usage in their original packaging with all parts/accessories.
Items with missing parts/accessories will have their replacement costs subtracted from your refund amount. For example, if your curtains came with a mounting pouch with VHB taped plates/adhesive primer/instructions, all items must be accounted for in your return shipment. If your returned items are damaged/used beyond an acceptable state, you will be be subjected to a partial refund dependent on how damaged the items are when returned.
Please allow up to 15 business days upon receiving your returned items to process your refund.
For items with no defects from customers seeking returns, return shipping must be provided by the customer seeking a refund. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded when items are returned.
For defective items like missing sewn-in magnets, sewing defects, or incorrect items received - Adventure Van Co. will provide a return label for returned items as well as for the new replaced items.
International Orders are NOT eligible for returns/replacements UNLESS there is a defect in the items received. Defective items will be replaced with shipping provided by Adventure Van Co.
Damaged items from transit need to be claimed by the customer with the package courier.
