Here at Adventure Van Co. we do our best to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible with our small team! Orders are packed Thursday evening and shipped Friday afternoon. No orders are fulfilled on weekends/non-business days. Tracking Numbers/Links will be provided in your confirmation email to direct you to the proper carrier for updates. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to update as there may be delays between when the order is fulfilled, picked up/dropped off with the carrier, and scanned into their tracking system. If there are delays or delivery window estimate adjustments, please reach out to the carrier for updates. Tracking Numbers/Links are sent when the order has been packed and is awaiting pick up.
Domestic Orders take 3-10 business days to fulfill and ship depending on distance and delivery service selected.
International Orders take 7-30 business days to fulfill and ship depending on distance and delivery service selected.
Shipping estimates do not include weather, lost packages, or COVID-19 related delays that may occur and alter delivery windows.
Backorders & Preorders:
Some items may be out of stock or awaiting delivery to our fulfillment centers. Orders with these items may not ship immediately and will be shipped out once the entire order can be fulfilled. If you need certain items sooner, please reach out to us at: AdventureVanCo@gmail.com so we can best assist you.
International Shipping Terms & Conditions:
2. The Buyer agrees to pay duties and all import fees associated with the shipment.
3. If the Buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically duties and/or taxes, Adventure Van Co. shall be allowed to withhold the shipping and fulfillment cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Adventure Van Co.. If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, no refund is due to the Buyer.
4. On rare occasion the post office in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the Buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.
